To deliver an experience that associated the Electrolux brands (Frigidaire Gallery, Frigidaire Pro, Electrolux Pro and Electrolux Icon) with the joy of tasting at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS).
An interactive space that used engagements, displays and demonstrations to prompt attendees to experience—and savor—everything Electrolux has to offer.
The exhibit’s floor plan was arranged to highlight each individual brand, while ensuring all elements reflected the contemporary and bright design of the Electrolux corporate brand. Plenty of space was left open to encourage attendees to gather, socialize and sample the foods prepared on the Electrolux products.
Each product line occupied a distinct kitchen vignette tailored to its price point through material, cabinetry, countertop and décor selection. This helped designers visualize the product in an environment that would appeal to their customers.
Attendees interacted with three main engagement points: the Electrolux Kitchen, main cooking stage and innovation area. In the Electrolux Kitchen, celebrity chefs performed cooking demonstrations using Electrolux products. They also dished out cooking tips and promoted product features.
On the main cooking stage, chefs used commercial-grade Electrolux appliances to prepare food samples for the entire exhibit. Chefs in all areas of the exhibit used fresh herbs picked from the 15-foot-tall living plant wall.
Product demonstrations performed on the induction cook top in the innovation area allowed attendees to ask questions and learn about the product. The area also featured an infused water bar, which quickly became one of the exhibit’s most popular destinations.
A large media screen located in the center of the space showcased all of the exhibit’s action. Cooking demonstrations, special presentations, a live exhibit tour and social media interactions were broadcast throughout the three-day show.
