To unify two distinct sales teams and ensure that the sales force as a whole was motivated and focused on their goals following Covidien’s Endovascular National Sales Meeting.
A high-energy, momentum-building event that inspired excitement and established the tone for the coming year.
Covidien had several objectives for their annual meeting that had to be considered while creating the event. These included introducing new marketing concepts and tools for sales training, recognizing and honoring the top sales producers and motivating the sales team to accomplish their goals in the year ahead.
In order to build the energy from day one, our team created a captivating opening experience that introduced the meeting’s theme—One Force, One Focus—and set the stage for the entire event.
The kickoff meeting included a video that reinforced the power of successfully integrated teams and spoke to the importance of core themes: passion, pride, commitment and dedication.
In addition to video production and editing, our team provided a meaningful platform for the event’s key messages to be delivered. Custom graphic treatments were developed to be used on stage and in various promotional items, including emails and PowerPoint templates.
We also oversaw general session speechwriting and content development as well as speaker selection and thought leadership for the event—ensuring a memorable and unifying experience for the Covidien sales team.
