A single destination that celebrated the Grainger brand within a larger 850-exhibitor event and reinforced the brand’s commitment to their clients’ success.
We created Grainger Town, a 20,000-square-foot interactive exhibit that comprehensively showcased Grainger’s solutions to more than 17,000 suppliers, customers and internal sellers.
Grainger Town was host to a variety of activities, including live musical performances and product demonstrations. Networking and speaking sessions also gave attendees a greater understanding of the changes affecting their industries and the correlating Grainger products and services that could help them keep pace.
To optimize efficiency, 75% of the structural materials used to build Grainger Town were repurposed from previous years. The cost savings realized were then redeployed towards graphics, technology and themed components, creating a completely new attendee experience with more robust engagement.
The production timelines and carbon footprint were reduced by producing all of Grainger Town’s materials in our Orlando location, which is located less than 10 miles from the event space. Additionally, Grainger Town was designed with modular and scalable architecture that can easily be refreshed with limited investment—providing flexibility for future Grainger events.
